Peter Matthews began his career at the age of 19, listing and selling properties in Sydney. His contribution to the industry spans over 30 years. Today, Peter is the CEO and Co-Founder of Realtair, an active auctioneer, and the President of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

Blake began his career at a young age, graduating from RMIT at the age of 16. As the COO, Blake focuses on the continuous improvement of the business strategy to achieve strong alignment, organisational performance, and ultimate success of all teams at Realtair.
Co-Founder & Account Director
Shane Slater has spent the last 22 years selling homes and was previously the owner of a leading national franchise office before its merger with The Agency. As a Co-Founder of Realtair, Shane does on-the-ground work as an Account Director helping clients get the most out of Realtair.
Chief Financial Officer
Deeply passionate about people leadership and building businesses, Paul brings over 20 years of experience aligning strategy, culture and values across advisory, banking, private equity funded companies and privately-owned SMEs. He has a strong track record of embedding best practice financial disciplines and controls, developing trusted senior relationships, driving strategic projects, and building high-performance people and teams.

Dean has over 10 years of experience in leading engineering teams, having worked in several leadership roles at ANZ, Mantel Group and most recently at PEXA Group as Head of Engineering. With a passion for building and enabling high-performing teams, Dean is focused on working across the business to ensure Realtair’s products remain customer-first.

Chris is a seasoned sales leader with over 10 years experience in the B2B SaaS industry. Having led high-performing sales teams for over eight years, he played a critical role in executing the sales strategy, mentoring, and coaching of his team members to help them reach their full potential. Chris is passionate about fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring customer satisfaction from end to end.

Brad is a seasoned Customer Success leader with over 10 years of experience in the B2B SaaS and Telecommunications industry. Having led high-performing customer success teams for over eight years, he played a critical role in executing the customer engagement strategy, playbooks, retention as well as mentoring, and coaching his team members. Brad is passionate about driving operational efficiency and fostering a high-performance culture.

With over 15 years of human resources experience, Hayley leads our People & Culture team in Australia. Having worked internationally, leading teams in London, South Africa and New Zealand across accounting, L&D and insurance, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Realtair by driving our culture, engagement and people strategies globally.

Ben’s sales and auctioneering background, as well as his previous roles as National Head of Network for LJ Hooker and Head of Strategic Growth mean on-the-ground results for Realtair. Today, he leads Realtair’s key relationships with some of Australia’s household real estate names and their account management.
With a degree in education and 7 years of experience as a residential sales agent, Jake Mackenzie heads up the sales team, primarily focused on is building and developing Realtair’s team of highly effective Account Directors to ensure continued revenue growth. Jake continues to call auctions as an active auctioneer, keeping his finger on the pulse of the property industry.
