No! Paid licences are only required for primary/listing agents. Your admin teams & sales associates will receive free access to the Realtair platform (in alignment with fair use policies)
If you are the current licence holder, you can transfer your licence and data to your new office. If the office holds the licence this will be at the discretion of the office/brand.
No you don’t they are included in your subscription.
Yes! We understand that changes to your team are inevitable. You may allocate your Realtair licences to different team members within your contract term. You must hold the contracted licences for the term of your contract.
Access to Realtair is provided within 48 hours of signing up. From here you will have self-guided material that you can utilise straight away to get up and running. Our Customer Success team will then work with you to address any questions and work through your onboarding.
Our complimentary training capabilities will be discussed with you during your onboarding with your Customer Success Manager.
You can also enquire directly with your Customer Success Manager about additional paid training sessions. If you are a self-learner – we have an abundance of great training modules that we will share with you at the time.
