These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the “3-month free trial of Realtair Price Updates” (“Offer”) provided by Realtair. By availing of this Offer, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Offer.
The “realestate.com.au Pro Subscription” is defined as realestate.com.au’s residential listing subscription combining: (a) the rights of a Flexi Subscription; (b) access to CMA by realestate.com.au for all users within the agency; (c) Agency Elevate; (d) discounted rates on Agent Elevate subscriptions for your selected agents; and (e) enriched seller leads and enhanced seller lead reporting.
1.1 The Offer is available to new customers to realestate.com.au Pro Subscription who have not previously subscribed to Realtair’s paid services. The customer must be a new paying realestate.com.au Pro Subscriber.
2.1 The Offer provides you with free access to Realtair’s Price Update features and services for a period of three (3) months from the date of activation.
2.2 The Offer includes one basic Price Update Template and the ability to send Price Updates to your customer database.
3.1 To activate the Offer, you must submit the signup form on realtair.com/au/rea-pro/ and provide accurate and complete information.
3.2 The Offer will be activated upon account creation and may take up to 72 hours to set up a new Realtair Account. The Realtair team will be in touch with your login details when ready.
4.1 You may not transfer or assign your Offer to another party.
4.2 You may use the Offer solely for your internal business purposes and not for resale or distribution.
4.3 Any unauthorised use or abuse of the Offer may result in the termination of your access.
5.1 After the three-month period ends, your access to Price Update features will expire unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
5.2 Realtair reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time with 30 days’ notice.
6.1 Realtair will collect and process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers:
7.1 Realtair is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Offer and in accordance with the Product Subscription Agreement.
8.1 Realtair reserves the right to terminate your offer in accordance with the terms outlined in the Product Subscription Agreement.
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

By participating in the “3-month free trial of Realtair Price Updates”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Product Subscription Terms. Realtair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice, and your continued use of the Offer will constitute acceptance of any changes.
