Realtair terms & conditions – promotional offer 2023
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and in full. These terms govern the conditions and restrictions on Realtair Office Pty Limited’s (ACN 619 539 374) (our, us or Realtair) limited-time special promotional offer and information on what happens after your promotional offer ends. If you choose to participate in a promotional offer, these terms are binding upon you.
These terms and conditions (terms) do not limit the application of our Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Product Subscription Agreement, which apply to your use of our website and/or purchase of a subscription.
1.1 Up until 31st December 2023 (Promotional Period), you may purchase a subscription to the Realtair platform (Qualifying Product) in accordance with the promotional offer set out below and in accordance with these terms and conditions.The below offer will only apply for the first 12 months of your subscription, after which your fees will revert to the regular and full price in accordance with clause 5 below.
Pay monthly and save $475 Inc GST.
Pay annually and save $589 Inc GST.
1.1 For existing customers upgrading to the full platform ($189 Inc GST) they will be offered 15% discount on any additional licences in the office. Existing customers who are paying the Realtair lite rate of $115 Inc Gst, will be offered 15% discount on an upgrade to the full platform. New Zealand clients will be offered a 15% discount on Realtair lite for additional licences purchased before 31 December 2023.
1.2 Certain products and services may be excluded from the promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the website.
1.3 This promotional offer is subject to the availability of the Realtair product. We reserve the right to end a promotional offer at any time on notice to you through a notice on our website.
1.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the promotional offer for any reason.
This promotional offer is:
(a) only available to new Realtair customers only and does not apply to corporate deals; and
(b) valid until the Promotional Period, unless ended earlier by us in accordance with clause 1.3.
3.1 These terms exclusively apply to the Qualifying Product. No other products, goods or services are eligible for the discount under these terms.
3.2 Only one promotional offer can be purchased or used per order. A promotional offer may not be applied or used in combination with other promotions.
3.3 Supplementary charges such as the activation fees or do it for you fees will not be discounted unless specifically stated in these terms.
3.4 You may request a refunds for goods and services purchased under a promotional offer, which we may grant you or not grant to you in our full discretion. Any refund will be based on the terms of the promotional price for the Qualifying Product as set out at clause 1 and not the list price of the Qualifying Product.
3.5 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or statutory guarantees that you may have under applicable laws that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, including any such rights or statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent that these terms are found to exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or statutory guarantees, those rights and/or statutory guarantees prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
To claim the promotional offer, you will have to complete the following steps:
(a) purchase the Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period via a Realtair Representative;
5.1 After the Promotional Period ends:
(a) you will no longer be able to purchase the Qualifying Product at the discounted price in accordance with clause 1;and any purchase of such products will return to their regular pricing.
5.2 Realtair will notify you 60 days before the expiry of the first 12 month period of your subscription that the discounted pricing is coming to an end and what the full cost subscription will be, and, unless you notify us that you want to terminate your subscription:.
(a) you will be transitioned to a full cost subscription for the Qualifying Product; and
(b) the full cost of the Qualifying Product will be charged to you in accordance with the corresponding payment methods and times set out in your initial purchase, including if your subscription was for monthly payments or an annual payment.
