Realtair terms & conditions – promotional offer 2024
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and in full. These terms govern the conditions and restrictions on Realtair Office Pty Limited’s (ACN 619 539 374) (our, us or Realtair) limited-time special promotional offer and information on what happens after your promotional offer ends. If you choose to participate in a promotional offer, these terms are binding upon you.
These terms and conditions (terms) do not limit the application of our Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Product Subscription Agreement, which apply to your use of our website and/or purchase of a subscription.
1.1 These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and our Product Subscription Agreement they are binding upon you.
1.2 From time to time on www.realtair.com (the “Website”) we run promotions.
1.3 Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions.
1.4. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s). From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.
1.5 Either party may terminate this agreement (either in full, or in part in respect of specific Realtair Services) on written notice before the expiration of the Term where any of the following events occurs.
The other party materially breaches any of the terms of this agreement and the breach is not capable of remedy.
The other party materially breaches any of the terms of this agreement and does not remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice of the breach.
If the other party ceases to operate, becomes insolvent, enters liquidation, file for bankruptcy, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, appoints a receiver, or is subject to any similar action.
1.6 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying offer conditions and will not benefit from any promotional discount.
1.7 All promotions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
1.8 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

3.1 Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage or time frame, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products (Realtair Platform).
3.2 Supplementary charges such as the Activation Fee or Do It For You shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion description.
3.3 Refunds for goods and services purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.1 In the case of any Promotional Offer, the corresponding Promotional period shall continue for the period as advertised, and the customer will then move on to the full platform cost at the period of which the promotional offer ends.
